I. Daily Inspection and Cleaning
Before and after each operation, the following should be performed:
1. Clean the entire machine: Remove mud, oil, and weeds, paying particular attention to clearing the exhaust vents to prevent blockages that could affect heat dissipation.
2. Check fasteners and tires: Reinforce easily loosened parts such as running gear, ensure tire pressure is consistent on both sides, and maintain proper tension of the V-belts.
3. Verify onboard tools: Ensure all tools are complete for emergency repairs.
II. Fluid and Filter Maintenance
1. Fluid Inspection and Replacement:
① Check diesel, engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, and hydraulic fluid levels daily, replenishing as needed and checking for leaks. ② Change engine oil and gear oil according to the season (e.g., change to low-temperature oil in winter), clean the oil strainer and replace the filter element.
2. Filter Maintenance:
① Clean the air filter every 100 hours: for dry filters, clean with a soft brush, blow clean with compressed air, and spray a small amount of engine oil; for wet filters, change the oil in the reservoir.
② Clean or replace the diesel filter every 200 hours to prevent impurities from entering the fuel system.
III. Verification of Key System Functions
After starting, operate according to the following steps:
1. Engine Idle Test: Run at idle speed for 3-5 minutes, then run at low speed to high speed for 5 minutes each, checking for abnormal noises, oil leaks, water leaks, and instrument lights.
2. Driving and Steering Test:
① Start slowly and test gear shifting and brake function. ② For mechanical steering, the steering wheel play should be 15-30 mm; for hydraulic steering, the free turn angle should not exceed 30°. Damaged parts should be replaced, not welded.
3. Braking System Inspection: Brake pedal free travel should be 10-15 mm. If insufficient, add the same type of brake fluid. Regularly lubricate the pedal shaft.
