A rotary tiller mainly consists of rotary blades, a frame, a transmission system, tires, and other accessories. The rotary blades are made of wear-resistant steel and rotate at high speeds (typically 200-300 rpm). By adjusting the blade angle (15-30° adjustable) and tillage depth (10-25cm), it adapts to different soil conditions, achieving efficient land turning and fine shredding. The frame uses a reinforced steel structure with a load-bearing capacity of 500-800kg, directly affecting the equipment's stability. The transmission system mostly uses hydraulic or mechanical transmission, with a power transmission efficiency of over 90%. Regular lubrication and maintenance are required to cope with high-intensity operation. Tires can be wide (20-40cm) or narrow depending on soil type, with ground pressure controlled at 0.2-0.4MPa to reduce soil compaction. Safety accessories include an emergency braking device (response time <0.5s) and protective covers to ensure operational safety.
