Proper Use of Motorized Mist/Powder Spraying Machines
I. Operating Techniques
1. Before use, first check that all machine parts are complete and reliably installed. For new machines or recently opened machines, drain the engine oil from the cylinder and check the compression ratio and spark plug ignition.
2. Before formal operation, test spray once with clean water to check for any leaks.
3. Whether spraying mist or powder, operate with the wind at your back.
4. When stopping operation, first close the powder valve or powder/liquid switch, then turn off the gasoline engine.
5. Wear necessary protective equipment during operation to prevent poisoning.
6. Gasoline engines must use a mixed fuel, with a gasoline-to-oil ratio of 15:1. For safety and fire prevention, the engine must be stopped when refueling.
7. After starting the gasoline engine and before stopping, run it at low speed under no-load for 3-5 minutes to observe whether its operation is normal. II. Maintenance and Care Techniques
(I) Daily Maintenance
1. Clean any remaining liquid or powder from the medicine tank.
2. Wash the medicine tank and check all connections for leaks of water or oil, and address any issues promptly.
3. Remove oil and dust from the machine surface.
4. Check the tightness of all connecting bolts.
5. During powder spraying operations, clean the carburetor and air filter daily.
6. After maintenance, store the machine in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from heat sources.
(II) Long-Term Storage
1. Disassemble the machine completely and carefully clean all parts to remove oil and dust.
2. Clean the medicine tank, blower, and oil supply pipes.
3. Clean the blower casing, allow it to dry, and then apply a layer of anti-rust grease for protection.
4. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and prevent impacts or pressure on plastic parts.
5. Cover all parts with plastic covers and store in a well-ventilated, dry place.
