The Suth 604 is a very popular tractor with the highest sales volume and the widest user base. It can be equipped with 8F+8R, tilting traction, large tires, and a flat floor. It is a very practical model that can be customized according to the needs of farmers..
Advantages
I. Upgraded chassis, compact structure, allowing the tractor to navigate narrow roads.
II. Small turning radius, enabling the tractor to work quickly in confined farmland.
III. High ground clearance and large tire diameter result in high speed and the ability to tow small to medium-sized trailers.

Causes and Repair of Tractor Front Driven Plate Damage
(I) Loose Flywheel Housing Fixing Bolts. Under the engine's own weight, a gap and sinking occur at the connection between the flywheel housing and the engine body, causing the flywheel center hole and clutch shaft to be misaligned. During engine operation, this causes frequent twisting of the clutch driven plate steel sheet, accelerating damage to the front driven plate. Additionally, vibrations during locomotive operation cause impacts between the two surfaces at the connection between the flywheel housing and the engine body, exacerbating wear and cracking the two fixing bolt holes at the lower end of the flywheel housing. When the flywheel housing fixing bolts become loose, they should be repaired promptly. If the mating surface between the flywheel housing and the engine body is worn, it should be milled smooth before reassembly.
(II) Excessive Wear at the Fitting Parts of the Engine Front Support and Front Bracket. Vibrations during locomotive operation cause cracks in the two fixing bolt holes below the flywheel housing. When the engine front support holes are worn, they should be enlarged, fitted with rings, and then bored to standard dimensions.
(III) Severe Deformation of the Longitudinal Beam. Severe deformation of the longitudinal beam causes the front of the engine to sag, resulting in the clutch housing and rear of the clutch tilting upwards. The front driven plate tilts upwards during clutch engagement and disengagement, causing the lower part of the front driven plate to engage with the flywheel, while the upper part creates a gap between the two. Under load, the clutch slips, the friction plates burn, and the driven plate steel plates deform, thus accelerating damage to the clutch housing and the front driven plate. The tightness of the bolts fixing the longitudinal beam to the rear axle housing should be checked regularly, and any loose bolts should be tightened promptly. When the longitudinal beam is slightly bent, shims can be used for adjustment; when severely deformed, the beam should be replaced immediately.
