A fertilizer applicator is a machine that applies fertilizer. It consists of a fertilizer tank, a fertilizer dispenser, and some also include fertilizer conveying, ditching, and covering devices. Based on the form of the fertilizer applied, it can be divided into solid fertilizer applicators, liquid fertilizer applicators, manure spreaders, and manure liquid sprayers; based on the different growth stages of the crops it is used for, it can be divided into base fertilizer applicators, seed fertilizer applicators, and topdressing applicators; and based on the operation method, it can be divided into strip applicators, spreaders, deep applicators, and foliar fertilizer applicators.
