The snow blower manufacturing process mainly includes three stages: raw material preparation, molding, and post-processing. The raw material preparation stage involves the meticulous processing of polystyrene granules (which need to be expanded at a specific temperature and sieved to a uniform size), blue film (stretched and die-cut to ensure consistent dimensions), and aluminum foil (cut after surface treatment) to ensure stable snow blower quality. The molding process is the core step. Polystyrene granules are mixed with pigments and heated to expand. This mixture is then sprayed at high speed through nozzles with aluminum foil and blue film (pressure, temperature, and speed need precise control) to form snow blowers with uniform thickness and width. Post-processing includes cutting to standard lengths using a die-cutting machine, compression shaping, and finally sealing and packaging with production information labeling. This process, through multi-stage coordinated control (such as granule sieving accuracy ±0.1mm and molding temperature 150-180℃), can improve the density and durability of the snow blower products, making them suitable for film and television set design, fire drills, and other scenarios.
