The following steps must be taken when disassembling a tractor:
(1) Understand the tractor's structure and operating principle.
(2) Remove oil and dirt from the tractor's exterior and drain any remaining oil and water from all parts.
(3) Prepare all necessary measuring tools and recording paper before disassembly, as well as tools for cleaning and storing parts.
(4) Use appropriate disassembly and assembly tools, and pay attention to safety. Avoid violent striking or hitting to prevent damage to parts.
(5) Analyze and study the tractor's malfunction symptoms before disassembling. Avoid disassembling parts that can be avoided.
(6) When disassembling connecting parts, pay attention to the reverse thread direction, whether there is rust, damage, or stripping at the connection, and whether the locking device is abnormal or damaged. When disassembling heavier parts, loosen the top screw last to prevent the part from suddenly coming loose and breaking.
(7) Disassembly should be done in preparation for assembly. Before disassembling parts, check the markings and make new markings on the original mating parts. When disassembling, parts should be arranged systematically, paying attention to their original position and wear condition. Pairs of parts should be nested together according to their mating structure; do not throw them haphazardly. Parts should be stored by category or system. Parts that do not require oil cleaning, are precision, or are valuable should be stored separately.
(8) When disassembling assemblies, repairing internal machinery, or disassembling and assembling precision components, should be done indoors as much as possible to maintain cleanliness.
